I am Michael Stepantsov.
Born June, 17, 1972, in Russia, in the city of Samara (at that time it was named Kuibyshev).
Studied at a secondary school with several subjects taught in English. After finishing school, entered the Physics Faculty of the Moscow State University, where studied at Maths Department.
Qualified PhD in mathematical physics and a translator of English.
At present I live in Moscow.
Married.
An atheist.
Teaching maths at Higher School of Economics and otherwise.
At present I do not teach English.
Doing some research at the Keldysh Institute for Applied Mathematics.
Languages (decreasing proficiency): Russian (native speaker), English, French, Ukrainian, German, Esperanto, Finnish (nearly unskilled).
My hobbies are rather diverse: cats, live action role-playing games, summer educational camping, football (soccer).
